At 10am EST today, TrivWorks kicked off our weekly hashtag game with Twitter friends @TheHashtagGame. It’s just a fun little something we do to keep our online audience entertained, and started innocently enough:

However, within an hour something completely unexpected happened: our hashtag started to trend nationally, then globally. As of this writing, #WorldPeacein5Words is still one of the top-trending hashtags in the US/world: This has never happened to us before, and I have to say, it’s pretty cool! However, what I think is most exciting is observing how other brands are taking advantage of it, to creatively promote their own messages:
