NYC trivia host Eliot Glazer

We are delighted to announce that comedian Eliot Glazer has joined TrivWorks as our newest “Special Host!”

Instantly recognizable to New Yorkers from his viral video “Sh*t New Yorkers Say,” Eliot is a UCB-trained writer and performer who currently serves as a staff writer on Darren Star’s new TV Land series, Younger starring Sutton Foster and Hilary Duff. He can be seen in a recurring role on Comedy Central’s hit series Broad City, where he also serves as a creative consultant, and is currently developing an original half-hour scripted comedy for Comedy Central which he will create, executive produce, and star in.

In his new role as a TrivWorks host, Eliot will bring his considerable onstage experience and comedic talent to corporate event entertainment, NYC team building activities and more by emceeing high-energy, laugh-filled live trivia contests, fully-customized for each group’s specific attendees and goals! A longtime trivia enthusiast, Eliot collaborated with TrivWorks in 2012 for an incredibly unique and raucous event at The Bell House, when he co-hosted Golden Girls vs. Designing Women trivia night.

Eliot Glazer recently starred in/produced several digital shorts supporting HBO’s Looking, and has contributed to Funny or Die’s Billy On The Street, as well as written/blogged for VH1’s Best Week Ever, BuzzFeed, New York Magazine‘s Vulture, and The New York Times Magazine. In 2010, his personal blog “My Parents Were Awesome” was published by Random House as a book of essays. Eliot writes, produces and stars in the Above Average sketch web series Eliot’s Sketch Pad, and can be seen performing monthly in New York City at his live musical comedy series, “Haunting Renditions.”
