  • Let Them Blow off Steam:  When was the last time your team did something fun together, outside the office?  Social gatherings allow people to relax and blow off a little steam.  Consider a physical activity like a quick game of 3 on 3 hoops.  Suggest a drink after work or a lunch brought into the break room.  Let everyone interact without the pressure of the normal work flow.
