As a corporate team building company in New York City, TrivWorks mainly produces customized trivia entertainment events for companies seeking to create fun & social activities for staff, clients & loyal brand enthusiasts – including events hosted by our “Special Host” Pat Kiernan. However, we created a public event series in order to make our live trivia experience with Pat accessible to those who wouldn’t otherwise get a chance to enjoy it at their office.
Our first such event this year at The Bell House will be Pat’s “90s vs 00s” Pop Culture Trivia Challenge on Wednesday, March 20th – tickets are going extremely fast, and we expect this event to sell out in advance; however, as announced recently, we have partnered with our friends Brooklyn Based to create a special online contest, where we will be giving away a pair of tickets for one lucky Brooklynite and a guest to enjoy the event for free!
To participate in today’s contest, please view the above video message from TrivWorks founder David Jacobson, who will tell you all you need to know about how to play, submit your answers – and win!

How could this comment have been left at 10:40 when the Brooklyn Based email didn’t arrive in my inbox until 11:10?
Thank you Nina for pointing this out – we looked into this, and it appears that Brooklyn Based actually posts the contents of their “Tip Sheet” Email on their Website before sending it out. As such, our contest announcement was posted on the “Tip Sheet” page of their Website yesterday prior sending out the alert you received, and the winner saw it by visiting the page directly.
While this contest was intended to reward loyal Brooklyn Based readers/subscribers such as yourself and the winner, we had indicated that the Email alert would be the method for alerting you about the contest day/time – it appears this didn’t go as smoothly as we would have liked, for which I apologize. We will definitely need to find a way to address this issue for future contests.
