We set the difficulty level for the trivia used during your event and identify specialization points to make the questions fun and meaningful for your guests as well as relevant to your goals.

We Develop Unique Questions Tailored to Your Event
Your guests are unique. Your party has a unique theme. Your organization has a unique culture. TrivWorks weaves your theme and culture into the unique questions we create for your event. Questions are designed to challenge within your guest’s level of difficulty and create the festive fun you’re looking for. You may review the questions prior to your event, if you like. We welcome your input.
Our standard trivia events last 1 – 2 hours with up to 6 rounds of 10 questions each. We can adjust number of rounds or timing to meet your needs. Your guests are divided into balanced teams of 3 – 8 individuals. With your input we divide teams to create a fun atmosphere and encourage socialization and laughter among the groups.
During the event, our quizmaster reads questions and gives groups time to discuss the questions and select the best answer before moving on. At the end of the round, answer sheets are scored while your guests socialize. Drinks are refilled, guests mingle, and everyone enjoys one another before moving on to the next round.
Engaging Entertainment
TrivWorks events provide engaging entertainment everyone enjoys. Your guests are a part of the event instead of a passive audience. Friendly competition and excitement build as rankings and results are announced after each round. At the end of the evening our quizmaster awards prizes selected by you and the bragging rights your guests will talk about long after the event.
Not ready for the fun to end? At your request, TrivWorks will invite the top two teams to participate in a high stakes elimination round. This type of endgame keeps the excitement going for everyone and raises the competition to a higher level. Your guests will love participating in this endgame or cheering their favorite team to victory.
